Planning your BIG DAY!

For the Bride and Groom who choose our agency for the organisation of their wedding in the Sorrento Coast , Amalfi Coast, Capri or Ischia we provide below a short guide to what what you should do to be organised on time with serenity.

12 month beforehand you must:
- Decide the kind of ceremony: civil, religious or blessing you would like;
- Fix the date, establish wedding budget and decide on the number of guests;
- Fill in our request form.

Our organization will:
- Finalise all details: number of guests, flowers and all the other services;
- Once you decide to engage our services we will send you our contract with terms and conditions. The contract must be signed and returned by fax or priority mail;
- A deposit is required;
- Our organisation will help you with the preparation of all legal documents.
Remember that paper has a validity time of 3-6 months only, more information will be provided on request.

6 month beforehand you must:
- Choose witnesses, rings, Bride and Groom outfits (which can also be rented or bought in Italy with our assistance).

4 month beforehand you must:
- Send invitation cards from Italy (we can offer you this service).

1 month beforehand you must:
- Confirm all details with our organization and with your wedding planner.

Before leaving for the Sorrento Coast, Amalfi Coast, Capri or Ischia you must:
- Remember to bring your Passport; ID card, original documents and rings (if rings have not been requested from us).

Cancellation policy

As soon as we receive your order confirmation for your wedding in Sorrento Coast, Amalfi Coast, Capri or Ischia , you will be kindly asked to send us a deposit: The deposit is forfeit in the case of a cancellation.
