The Cathedral of Amalfi is dedicated to St. Andrew, built in the ninth century it was rebuilt several times in the thirteenth century and the eighteenth century. Arab-Norman designs intertwine in the Gothic and baroque interior.
After a wedding in Amalfi you and your guests will have the possibility of visiting the beautiful, Grotta Smeralda (The Emerald Cave). The cave was discovered in 1932. The Emerald Cave is 60 meters by 30 meters and can be visited by small boats. With its ancient stalagmites and emerald coloured water this grotto is sure to be a highlight of any stay in Amalfi
